1.Huizhou Ice Bricks are deigned for fresh food and bio pharmacy as well as other temperature sensitive items during their cold chain shipment. They are applied to keep the ambient temperature in one package consistently cold while in transit through cool-heat air transfer.

2.The Ice Brick is also called ice pack freezer,ice bottle, ice block or PCM ice pack in different countries.They are also alternative coldness-provider for our typical ice pack with the same functions.The main difference between them is the outer material , one is thinner bag and the another one is the durable thick brick with nice shape, and usually the ice brick can hold more contents inside that makes coldness last longer.

3.The ice bricks are made from phase-change material(PCM) as the inner refrigerant and outer HDPE box.With years of experience in cold chain temperature control packaging, our Ice Brick are well developed for better temperature control, higher quality and consideration for customer’s site use.

4.They are mostly used for items shipments and delivery together with a cooler bag or cooler box.

5.The brick size and thickness and inner PCM temperature can be customized for different situations.

Function

1.Huizhou Ice Brick is designed for bringing coolness to the ambient around it, through cold and hot air exchanging or conduction.

2.For fresh food fields, they are usually together used with cooler box for the transporting of fresh, perishable and heat sensitive products, such as: meat, seafood, fruit&vegetables, prepared foods, frozen foods,ice cream, chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, cheese, flowers, milk, and etc.

3.For pharmacy field, Ice Bricks are typically together used pharmaceutical cooler box to maintain the stable temperature needed for shipment of biochemical reagent, medical samples,veterinary drug, plasma, vaccine,and etc.

4.And they are also great for outdoor use if put the ice brick inside the lunch bag, cooler bag to keep the foods or drinks cold when hiking,camping, picnics, boating and fishing.

Instructions

1.To ensure the best performance for bring coldness, please make sure they are frozen totally in a refrigerator, freezer or refrigeration house before using.

2.Usually the temperature set up for refrigerator, freezer or refrigeration house to freeze  the ice brick is 10°C lower than the PCM inside.

3.The Ice Brick can be used repeatedly before its expiration date.

4.They are ideally used for long-distance shipment or delivery for fresh foods and medicine.
