Packout Inputs
Define the Requirement Before Selecting Components
UM carga útil is the product load being protected. UM pacote is the controlled arrangement of the payload, refrigerantes, barreiras, dunnage and insulated shipper. Condicionamento is the specified preparation of components and payload before assembly. These inputs must be defined together.
Approved Limits
Complete lower and upper limits, allowable excursions and the authority that evaluates a deviation.

Should I start with the product type or the temperature range?
Start with whichever requirement is already approved and specific. If the product type is known but its shipping limits are not, use the industry page to identify missing information and confirm the range from the current label, especificação, stability support or other approved source. If the complete range is already defined, the temperature hub may be the faster starting point.
Can one cold chain packaging configuration be used for every payload in the same temperature range?
Não. Payload size, massa térmica, condição inicial, expedidor, refrigerante, condicionamento, perfil ambiente, duração, openings and handling can change performance. A configuration and its evidence must identify the load cases and operating boundaries to which the result applies.
Is an insulated box or ice pack by itself a qualified solution?

Is there a ready solution for −25 to −15°C frozen-range shipments?

Does dry-ice-compatible mean a payload will remain at or below −70°C?
