Lot Identification and Document Matching
Buyers should identify the exact SKU, order and production lot when requesting a record. A safety data sheet, restricted-substance report or certificate may apply only to the named material, submitted sample, legal entity, lokasi, scope and validity shown in that document. It should not be transferred automatically to another product or production lot.
Available documentation depends on the product and the approved commercial scope. Ask for the current file set before placing an order when a destination market, customer specification or regulated application requires particular evidence.
Product Inspection Is Not Packout Qualification
