Solutions Overview
Choisissez la bonne approche selon la charge utile et la route de transport
Le choix d’un emballage pour la chaîne du froid commence par les exigences de l’expédition, et non par une caisse ou un agent réfrigérant pris isolément. Use the four paths below before defining the complete assembled shipping configuration, or packout.
Four Decision Paths
Explore Cold Chain Packaging Solutions
Choose the planning path that matches the requirement you know first. Industry pages start with the payload and application, the logistics page starts with the route and handoffs, and the temperature hub starts with an approved range.
Pharmaceutique & Sciences de la vie
Start here when medicines, vaccins, produits biologiques, échantillons cliniques, diagnostics or laboratory reagents require controlled shipment planning and traceable evidence.
- Médicaments & vaccins
- Produits biologiques & échantillons cliniques
- Diagnostic & réactifs de laboratoire
Médicaments & Vaccines Planning
Nourriture & Boisson
Start here for chilled, frozen or temperature-sensitive foods where product condition, contrôles de durée de conservation, handling and delivery operations shape the packaging brief.
- Fruit de mer & viande
- Aliments surgelés & glace
- Produire, laitier, chocolat & boulangerie
- Kits repas, épicerie & fresh delivery
Logistique de la chaîne du froid
Start here when parcel networks, last-mile operations, moyeux, demeurer, douane, air cargo or pallet movements are the main source of thermal and handling risk.
- Colis & e-commerce shipping
- Livraison du dernier kilomètre
- Palette & air cargo protection
Par plage de température
Start here when the complete approved payload range is already known. Compare the decision boundaries for 0–10°C, 2–8°C, 15–25°C and ultra-low use.
- 0–10°C packout evidence
- 2–8°C and 15–25°C guidance
- −25 to −15°C engineering assessment
- ≤−70°C / dry-ice-compatible planning

Which Solution Path Should You Use First?
The same shipment may need more than one path. Begin with the strongest known requirement, then use the other pages to add application, route and temperature context.
| What You Know First | Start With | Then Confirm |
|---|---|---|
| The payload is a medicine, vaccin, biologique, sample or diagnostic material | Pharmaceutique & Sciences de la vie | Gamme approuvée, politique d'excursion, payload load cases, lane and evidence level. |
| The payload is chilled, frozen or temperature-sensitive food | Nourriture & Boisson | Product specification, food-safety controls, modèle de livraison, handling and duration. |
| Le réseau, handoffs or freight mode drive the risk | Logistique de la chaîne du froid | Profil d'itinéraire, demeurer, douane, moyeux, ouvertures, delays and replenishment access. |
| The complete approved payload temperature range is already defined | Par plage de température | Charge utile, expéditeur, réfrigérant, conditionnement, ambient profile and qualification scope. |
| Le produit, route or range is not yet fully defined | Requirements review | Ne choisissez pas une durée ou une configuration générique tant que les données manquantes n’ont pas été définies. |
Packout Inputs
Define the Requirement Before Selecting Components
UN charge utile is the product load being protected. UN emballage is the controlled arrangement of the payload, réfrigérants, barrières, dunnage and insulated shipper. Conditionnement is the specified preparation of components and payload before assembly. These inputs must be defined together.
Approved Limits
Complete lower and upper limits, allowable excursions and the authority that evaluates a deviation.
Charge utile
Product state, dimensions, masse thermique, minimum/maximum load and starting condition.
Profil d'itinéraire
Modes, origin/destination, saison, moyeux, douane, demeurer, retards, openings and storage.
Durée
Door-to-door design duration plus an approved basis for delays and contingency margin.
Conditionnement
Preparation temperature, temps, équipement, tolérances, transfer limits and assembly sequence.
Manutention
Orientation, accéder, ouvertures, réapprovisionnement, worker safety and receiving responsibilities.
Surveillance
Device range, étalonnage, sensor count and locations, intervalle, alarms and data ownership.
Evidence Level
Faisabilité, qualification thermique, route verification or another customer-approved evidence package.
Système complet
A Component Is Not a Qualified Shipping System
Insulation and refrigerants contribute to performance, but a result belongs to an identified system and test boundary. Selection should move from requirement to configuration, test evidence and controlled use.
Exigence
Define payload limits, cas de charge, voie, durée et critères d’acceptation.
Configuration
Specify shipper, réfrigérant, barrières, placement, conditioning and assembly.
Preuve
Test the stated configuration against an approved ambient profile and monitoring plan.
Controlled Use
Document the packout, entraînement, manutention, monitoring and change boundaries.
Choose the Next Step
Move from Components to a Complete Shipping System
Choose the level of support that matches your current decision: compare standard components, define the application and route, or develop and test a project-specific packout.
Compare Standard Components
Review ice packs, sacs isothermes, medical cooler boxes and insulated shipping-box formats for the dimensions, handling and reuse requirements of your project.

Cold Chain Packaging Solution FAQ
Should I start with the product type or the temperature range?
Start with whichever requirement is already approved and specific. If the product type is known but its shipping limits are not, use the industry page to identify missing information and confirm the range from the current label, spécification, stability support or other approved source. If the complete range is already defined, the temperature hub may be the faster starting point.
Une même configuration d’emballage pour la chaîne du froid peut-elle être utilisée pour toutes les charges utiles d’une même plage de température?
Non. Payload size, masse thermique, condition de départ, expéditeur, réfrigérant, conditionnement, profil ambiant, durée, openings and handling can change performance. La configuration et les éléments de preuve associés doivent préciser les cas de charge et les limites d’utilisation auxquels le résultat s’applique.
Is an insulated box or ice pack by itself a qualified solution?
Non. A component can be part of a solution, but qualification applies to a defined packout or shipping system: charge utile, réfrigérant, isolation, placement, conditionnement, assemblée, défi ambiant, monitoring plan and acceptance criteria.
Is there a ready solution for −25 to −15°C frozen-range shipments?
This range requires an engineering assessment and project-specific evidence. Définir la charge utile, approved limits, méthode de conditionnement, cas de charge, route and test boundary before selecting a configuration or making a duration claim.
Does dry-ice-compatible mean a payload will remain at or below −70°C?
Non. Dry-ice compatibility addresses material, de construction, gas-release, handling and transport considerations. Payload temperature and duration must be demonstrated for the exact packout, quantité et emplacement de glace carbonique, charge utile, profil ambiant, monitoring plan and acceptance criteria.
What evidence should support a temperature or duration statement?
Au minimum, identify the configuration, charge utile, conditionnement, profil ambiant, durée, monitor equipment and locations, critères d'acceptation, résultats, écarts, report version and approval boundary. A result should not be generalized beyond those stated conditions.
What information should I send for a packout review?
Send the approved temperature limits and excursion rules, payload identity and load range, dimensions, condition de départ, origine et destination, Modes, saison, door-to-door duration, retards, handling and opening events, replenishment options, monitoring requirements and required evidence level.
Define the Shipment Before Selecting the Packout
Share the payload limits, cas de charge, itinéraire, durée, exposition ambiante, manutention, conditionnement, monitoring and evidence requirements. Huizhou can then review the appropriate industry, logistics and temperature path for the project.
