ASMO and Group AMANA Develop Temperature-Controlled Logistics Hub in Saudi Arabia

What Happened

Group AMANA has announced a partnership with ASMO to develop a major integrated logistics hub at King Salman Energy Park in Saudi Arabia. The project was reported on May 10, 2026, and is designed to support industrial, energy, and logistics operations across the Kingdom.

The logistics hub is being developed in partnership with Arcapita and will span approximately 1.4 million square meters. It is intended to serve Saudi Aramco, its affiliates, and customers operating across Saudi Arabia’s energy and industrial sectors.

How It Works

The facility is designed for large-scale and complex logistics operations. Its scope includes temperature-controlled Grade A warehousing, specialized chemical storage, office spaces, staff amenities, open yard storage, and handling areas. The project will also include advanced automation systems and smart warehouse technologies.

The development is targeting LEED Gold certification and will include sustainable infrastructure such as photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle charging stations. This positions the hub as both a logistics capacity project and a sustainability-focused infrastructure investment.
